The Director of this place is wonderful! She has two separate buildings for both Independent and Assisted Living. Veterans are taken care of here as well as people with lower availability of resources. All their residents are their top priority and theybhave great and affordable housing for the current market and economy. Highly recommend thos place if you are looking for yourself or family.

The Executive Director D.V., is amazing. She has an outstanding group of staff. Her exemplary leadership qualities speaks volume to the amazing changes she has made at the community. She listens to residents and family members and has great follow through with their concerns. This is truly an awesome community where you can expect your loved ones to receive the care their deserve. Maintenance supervisor follows through with work orders in a timely, Business office manager is knowledgeable and able to answer questions appropriately, the nursing team has a care staff that truly cares the Lead Wellness Coordinator C.J., is passionate about the care of the residents.
As far as independent living goes for anyone with disabilities or retired need some sort of Assistance or folks who need to be helped out and kept an eye on this place is pretty legit it's nice there's a pond in the courtyard and the staff is really nice. There's a huge cafeteria there's pool table there's a smoking section for those folks who like to smoke. I'm not in those categories and I wanted to stay there. I'm grateful my uncle is in this location it's a major upgrade from his previous spot and since he has issues where he needs to be kept an eye on it is wonderful to know that he has full independent living there but if he starts a fire in his kitchen they do come right away and make sure he's okay and that he's not burning something down or hurting himself and it has his own little one bedroom apartment. So he feels independent he feels like it's his father his little apartment and that's what matters safety security somebody to watch over and he gets to live an independent life. I highly recommend this place to anyone it was really nice and minus the few grumpy Old Men there everyone was pretty happy. Thank you frontier valley for giving me peace of mind and for that I truly thank you. All of these folks really do matter and my uncle matters to me. I'm grateful thank you.
I can't wait to move in everyone there is so extremely nice Morgan is amazing I will edit my review once I'm move in with lots of pictures well they quickly went from 5 to 1 in the one is for Morgan she was very helpful put the place is very suspicious which I was told by my case manager and my doctor to file a complaint with the state! It is an assisted living which boggles my mind how CeCe their the intake manager /nurse/ shot caller did not want to accept me because I'm handicapped 🤔 her words exactly I have printed out responses and emails that I will post at a later date because I'm in the middle of moving and I need to take them out but she said I was too handicapped even though I walked in there with no cane a few times I got a letter from my doctor stating that I can feed myself give myself my medication I don't need 24-hour care but I'm too handicapped for that place!? No we all know exactly what it is is that I can talk see and understand exactly what is going on there in that facility they have wheelchair-bound people that cannot therefore in that case they won't speak to say they are not getting the services they are required to get I jumped through hoops with everything they needed but clearly CeCe made it very noticeable that she does not like Latinas which is okay she don't need to like me but if you're going to work with people maybe you should find a different job were your unkind gestures will not be noticeable I'm so glad I found something much better walking out of that place my grandson looked at me and said grandmother that lady does not like you she can keep her racist attitude and for the owners of frontier valley assisted living do you need to take a check out who you have workin for you where can I get you in a lot of trouble with the state they are paid their to do their job clearly I was a threat to her!
