⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside this incredible team for the past three years in a procurement support role, and I can confidently say they are one of the most dedicated organizations I’ve encountered. Their genuine care for both their residents and staff is reflected in every decision they make—from thoughtfully implemented programs to day-to-day operations that prioritize well-being and quality of life. What sets them apart is their proactive approach to creating environments that not only enhance the resident experience but also support and empower their team members. They continuously seek opportunities to improve, and their commitment to excellence and compassion is truly inspiring. It’s been an honor to collaborate with a group so rooted in purpose, care, and integrity.

Frontier has been an outstanding partner to work with. The attention to detail their clinical team has for each resident shows how much they truly care. As we explore options for my parents to move soon, we have made the decision that it will be a Frontier managed community.
My mother lived in a Frontier Memory Care facility for 7 months. The food was good when she first moved in but that quickly changed. Meal times changed constantly and chicken nuggets was the specialty. Meds are given late and staff turnover is great. One med aide served all the residents. The one nurse on staff is rude to family members. He told me I was there too much and when I took her home he said I was not capable of caring for her. I still have nightmares about this place. In addition there is no way to reach Frontier management.
Loved, Loved, Loved the The Frontier Senior Living Orientation! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with all the staff! I especially loved the SPARK session with Landon—his passion and knowledge really made the experience stand out. I learned so much and left feeling inspired and empowered. I came back to my community with a much deeper understanding of this incredible program, and I’m already looking forward to the next Spark training. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to grow and make a meaningful impact!
This company is terrible and violates residents rights. As a caregiver I am appalled, disappointed, and frustrated with this company. The shifts are constantly understaffed and caregivers overworked and underpaid. Every shift residents call lights aren’t answered promptly; residents are told to use their briefs rather than taken to the bathroom; residents are left in urine soaked briefs and wheelchairs; residents rooms smell of urine. We constantly have to use agency to fill shifts due to low pay, being overworked, and call outs. We are also paid semi monthly with a lag or in arrears - sometimes waiting six days to see our paychecks after the paycheck pay period cut off day. Management is more concerned about their point system and attendance than improving the run down residents rooms and properly staffing their cottages. There are shifts were we have one caregiver per 16 residents in a heavy cottage. They say the facility I work at is AL; no, it is borderline SNF. Every cottage has 8-9 Broda/wheelchairs requiring hoyer lifts. The best day will be when I find new work and quit this company. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. I have over 8 yrs working AL, Memory care, and private care. This company is unethical and terrible. Additionally I had an unexpected death and they gave me a point against attendance in my first 90 days. We are also told we are to be fed or offered a meal during our shift; all of the kitchen staff don’t offer food. Also we are always short snacks for residents. This company also installed orb cameras in common areas. That doesn’t help caregivers provide care that doesn’t violate resident rights. I didn’t consent to being recorded as a worker. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone for work or for those looking for AL or MC care. Looking forward to the day I quit.
