Great residents wonderful outshining people there the staff not so much the cnas have sometime neglect their people they will eat their food before the residents can in the kitchen their is sexual harassment with the head chef that this faculty has swept under the rug their communication is terrible between the cnas and the other staff you have people telling residents they can’t eat you have the cnas dropping the residents I’m a PI this is from the residents and staff and others perspective.
Thank you to the entire team at Friendship Manor, especially in the Memory Care Unit where they provided loving, caring and compassionate care for our mother. She enjoyed the staff who were so kind and loving. She enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful outdoor patio, having coffee with friends and engaging in the other social activities there. She was always treated like family and we knew she was happy and safe. I would highly recommend Friendship Manor.
Wonderful place! Residents are treated with respect, and there are plenty of activities and help needed. This is a very nice place to live and work.
My husband and I have lived in a Villa Home at Friendship Manor for over 8 years and absolutely love it! We maintain our independent lifestyle with no lawn care or maintenance concerns. The staff is outstanding and responds to all of our needs.
