Live in the area with friendly & hard working staff couldn't ask for moe...
I never knew there would be such a really nice mobile home park. There was a swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, gym,library, mini golf course and a place to bbq and more. It was really ckean, quiet and very relaxing environment.
I've lived in this Sun Community since 2006. I was promised a new driveway when bought my place. They painted some black stuff on the driveway that flecked off and tracked into the house after the weeds grew two feet tall in the dirt exposed in the driveway the contract said you were responsible for the driveways. The cobble stone and dirt drive is unsafe. The disposal boxes are not adequate. They're spilling over often. I was told every time I ask about getting a box easily accessible for handycapped, its in the works. 15 years now and I get a flyer from you showing the over filled trash ben telling the tenants not to let this happen. Get a notice to trim a bush in front back, while neighbors sell drugs, had people living in their shed with mattresses and trash around their house. I've been robbed more than once. My space rent has gone from $600 to $1,194.85. I'm 78 and I want the driveways repaired and the trashcans made adequate and accessible by short and handicapped people. Terry Morgan
Quiet little place. The Older Lady who drives the Golf Cart around the Park is quite nosey. Nice, but nosey. Jones Homes are very close together, just stay to yourself unless you like drama and being talked about.
