We regret ever buying into Freedom Village. The sales team did an excellent job of painting a rosy picture, making it seem like we were investing in a facility that would make life easier and provide a wide range of reliable services throughout every stage of care. However, once you’re in, the reality is starkly different. Despite the promises of convenience, care, and accountability, there is absolutely no oversight or follow-through—whether you’re in independent living, assisted living, or memory care. They constantly claim, “We care about your loved one,” but those words are nothing more than hollow platitudes. Time and again, we’ve experienced broken promises and zero accountability, from the front desk staff to upper management. Incidents such as falls are handled poorly—good luck getting an incident report with any meaningful details. If your loved one develops sores or other issues, you’ll likely be the one to point them out, only to hear dismissive excuses like, “Oh, that just started.” Their lack of attention to basic care is appalling and inexcusable. If you’re considering this place for your loved one, think twice. We made a costly mistake, believing their promises of care and professionalism, only to find an operation that is all talk and no action. Save yourself the heartbreak, frustration, and disappointment. Freedom Village is not what it claims to be.

Perfect little apartment!!! We stayed in the one with the twin beds. Newly remodeled, full bathroom and kitchen! Excellent clean service! Thank you for having family units so we can be close to my dad when we visit.❤️Sarah Munson
My wife and I moved into Freedom Village 6 years ago. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The staff is amazing, the residents so welcoming and helpful. The location, on the edge of downtown and across the street from public transportation is perfect. Every element for successful aging is here, under one roof.
My husband and I have lived here for almost 15 years. We have never been unhappy with our decision to move here. As we age we appreciate the staff and community even more. Freedom village is God's blessing to us!
We have lived at Freedom Village for six years and it has been a wonderful home for us. I especially appreciate the family or community atmosphere where people care for one another. The staff is amazing and also very caring.
