My sister fell and broke her hip on Valentine's Day. After her surgery, she was transported to Freedom Plaza. We both are very happy with every thing at Freedom Plaza. The entire staff are amazing. Kind, efficient and thoughtful. The food is great, too. Her rehab has been so effective, she is due to come back to her home in about a week. We are both so very grateful. Thank you!!

We requested and received information on freedom plaza. Our point of contact did not appear to be very helpful. We are traveling to Florida. The other 3 communities offered us to meet residents and have lunch. This was not offered at all. I asked were was accommodation around area I was told she had no idea. The next day I called and requested a manager call me. We still have not heard anything from management.
I want to send a personal thank you again !! To Plaza West . First having a bed available for my husband. This is his second time and the care was just as spot on as his first time for re-hab. My husband has some up coming surgery and he needed nutritional and physical strength and as before they just did that., A facility that has kept their amazing staff speaks volumne and we were just as happy seeing them as they were with us. The profession and compassionate care got my husband where he needs to be for his future . Thank you, from the office getting the paper work part to get him back to your facility to your amazing Medical care staff, dietary for your amazing food and therapy department getting my husband back home in a great heath .

Freedom Plaza is a great place to live. The staff focus on hospitality. They are compassionate and caring. The residents are kind and neighborly.
