I really can’t say enough good things about Frank Residences. My dad moved there in October 2020, right after it opened. He lived there for 3 years until his death at 96 years old. He had lived in several other places prior to this, but none were acceptable to him and, quite frankly, none were nearly as good in my opinion either. The place is immaculate. The staff is truly exceptional - they got to know my dad (and me!) really well and often stopped by to check on him. My dad used the fitness room everyday. He also enjoyed the movie nights, music performances, the mens’ group, and the Friday services. There are also tons of other activities if those aren’t of interest. I saw a comment about crappy food but that’s not what my dad found. There was a good variety of healthy food he enjoyed. I also saw a comment about poor medical care. You should understand that this is not a medical facility. The med staff is fully capable of dealing with lots of things but they are not physicians. For my dad, they administered his drugs and attended to basic medical needs (dressing changes, care when he had Covid, incontinence issues, help in the shower, etc.) They also knew when to call an ambulance when that was necessary. I would not hesitate to put a loved one in Frank Residences and can’t recommend them highly enough.

My 89 year old Dad lived here for about 6 months Dad's dementia presented many challenges. I was impressed by the overall quality of the the facility itself and professionalism of most all of the staff. Dad was treated well for his entire stay and the value was fair and competitive.
Terrible food, no competent medical care whatsoever, lovely facility and well meaning management that is being deceived by a nasty, incompetent, and lazy gang of caregivers. Too bad! I waited 13 months for this facility to open. You can imagine my disappointment. I had always heard that the Jewish homes in the USA were as good as homes for the elderly get.
Staff is amazing and facility is majestic
Beautiful place Awesome😍💝💝💝🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
