My father has lived here for almost 4 years. He was the third resident to move in. He is 100 1/2 years old! The staff here is phenomenal. They are so attentive to every need and caring and friendly . He’s been through hip surgery and severe back problems while here and they take excellent care of him. My only complaint would be the food. 40% of the time it is below par which seems to be standard fare for all assisted living facilities. I’ve looked at other places and there is no where else that I would want him at, even though it is a 30 min drive to visit him daily, it is worth it to know he is in such a nice place.

Whoever is in charge of activities at Foxtail is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards the volunteer who came in to provide entertaining for the residents with their own time at NO charge. Being rude is unacceptable.
It was the caring, compassionate, kind, and loving staff at Foxtail that made it an outstanding place for my father to live. This was our first experience with assisted living and memory care, and we had the opportunity to be a part of each community. The administration, Sami, Christina, and Chris, each with a vast experience in the needs of both assisted living and memory care individuals, did a wonderful job of answering my many questions and setting us up in an assisted living apartment. The assisted living/memory care nurses, med techs., personal care and laundry staff, along with the maintenance, kitchen, and housekeeping staff completed their jobs with integrity, joy and kindness. They each showed a genuine interest in my father’s well being and happiness. When we realized that my father’s memory needs had progressed beyond what assisted living could provide, they were all extremely helpful, both emotionally and strategically, in transitioning him to a memory care apartment. Becca, the Memory Care Manager and Lisa, the Memory Care LPN were incredibly supportive, loving, and patient as my fathers needs changed, often on a moment to moment basis. The memory care administration, med. techs. and caregivers became my father’s family. He loved them! They treated him with dignity and respect, were incredibly kind and patient, and gave him so much love and joy. This was of great comfort to me and I will always be profoundly grateful. My father’s journey with dementia was to say the least, not easy. Their expertise, willingness to collaborate as a team with my father and myself, and their compassion for the Foxtail community was unequivocal. I would highly recommend Foxtail as an option in senior living and memory care.
The care team at Foxtails is amazing. My Mom was lucky to be able to live here for a short time. The staff made sure she felt safe and loved. When she passed, they were so compassionate to my family. I could not recommend them more. The facility is very new, rooms are very nice, some with nice patio access. The residents really love the 50s diner and seem to all really like it there. Sammy and her team are amazing!
I’ve been a home health physical therapist for 13 years, and I spent a lot of time in most assisted livings in the valley. I have never left a review, but I am extremely impressed with a Foxtail. Their staff is caring, attentive, and go out of their way to serve their residents. I would highly recommend them to anybody
