Independent living at Fox Run was nice and met my father’s needs. He lived there for 4 years and enjoyed it. When he needed Assisted living after a fall, we moved him to Continuing Care. There were issues initially but leadership listened, made improvements, were available and tried to make things right. Then the new AL building (Windsor Terrace) was completed. Dad’s apartment has been flooding with hard rains in his new apartment with no resolution after 2 years. Leadership has changed continuously. We’re on our 3rd Director and 3rd Manager in 3 years. There is high care staff turnover and minimal accountability yet prices are higher than other facilities. Basic services such as showers are inconsistent. 3/21/23: New Assisted Living leadership team seems to be working hard to make improvements. There are some really good people that work here in all areas. My suggestion is that you have to be an advocate for your loved one if there are issues. Facility has made several improvements to treat water issue and tested for mold. It appears to have been fixed.
I cannot say enough about this facility. The programs and everything about this independent living 'home for life' facility are top notch. The staff are top notch and will guide you to a fabulous new living. They have it all, restaurants, dining, social events, any kind of club and entertainment, spas, pools, medical facility, dental, eye care facilities and even a pharmacy. Amazing place!
Pick a different place for your loved ones! I was treated awful by staff.. truly vile!
I was connected with Abigail, the Assistant Administrator with many questions of transitioning a family member from one level of care to the next. Abigail answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring in this matter. I had an overall great experience in a time of chaos. Thank you!
