I am sharing my review on my experiences about fox Hollow Nursing & Rehabilitation center and one special nurse aid. For my family 2020 & 2021 was not great. We had both my parents at Valley Regional Medical Center and in January 2021 both my parents battering covid-19. My mother Merced C Suarez was first to be discharge from hospital and send to Fox Hollow Nursing & Rehabilitation center to recover and receive additional help like therapy. It's there where we were welcome by Nurses, Therapist ,caseworker, a great administrator and a great nurse Aid "Sarahi". My mother Merced was on her 3 day of 20 day at the Rehabilitation center getting her therapy when tragedies happens to our family. My father died at Valley Regional Medical Center. I had to inform my mother that dad passway though the window of her room 605. Sarahi was the CNA on duty those days and she comfort my mother when mom cry because she missed dad. The funeral arrangements were so fast that in 3 day from my dad passing, we had to buried our father. Fox Hollow administrator when above and beyond to have my mother attend my father funeral burial and Sarahi got my mother dressed on the day of my dad burial and the administrator send a nurse to take care of my mother at the burial site taking all covid precautions by having my mother grown up, with her mask and face shield . My mother talks very highly about a great nurse Aid name Sarahi that works at Fox Hollow Nursing and rehabilitation center. Sarahi from the bottom of our family heart ❤. Thank you for your kindness, attention and great care you took on my mother Merced C Suarez. Fox Hollow Nursing & Rehabilitation center should be happy and Privilege to have a great nurse Aid like you Sarahi. Keep up doing what you do best- patients care. Martin Suarez Jr.

Horrible nurses, horrible place. I won't even recommend my dog going there. They have no humanity sense, liars, no compassion They will not treat your family right. They don't even deserve the star I put. Hope they close it down.
Some staff need additional training. The staff is too small to truly give a 5 star rating. More hired staff is needed. The ratio among residents and CNA, RN, etc, is way too high.
My Mom was at Fox Hollow and the staff here went over and beyond! We are so grateful to all the staff for making our last months with my Mom so memorable. What a great experience it was even for myself being that i have worked in long-term care facilities since 1994. Everyone was so understanding, caring, and professional all the time. Being that i have a big family, someone was always there with my Mom and we were beyond blessed to have seen such compassion. From the wound care nurse, Romie, to the director of business development, David, the administrator Paul, just everyone, too many to name, a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart! Lucy Urbano
My mother was admitted into Fox Hollow for short term therapy care a couple months ago and all the staff was excellent. The care and services provided to her were great and she was always treated with utmost respect. Not only were they great to my mom, they always responded and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. They made us feel a sense of comfort knowing she was well taken care of.
