We have been residents for two years and think it is a lovely community. Activities have ramped up with the end of COVID, and there is a wide variety of special interest groups and community wide activities. The outdoor pool is beautiful; indoor pool large; locker rooms always clean. Exercise room has typical gym equipment that seems to be in good repair whenever I’ve wanted to use. Walking trail is lovely, peaceful and well maintained. Hopefully when water pump construction is completed trail will be fully reopened. Gate is not manned, but is passkey protected at night. Low HOA but yard maintenance is NOT included. This promotes some individuality in appearance.
Beautiful community. Very nice amenities. Seems like they could lower HOA fees a little. The committees have to find ways to spend their money and spend way more than is realistically necessary on things like landscaping and road maintenance.
Courteous and professional yet friendly desk personnel at the clubhouse. Very attractive building and grounds. I went there today for notary services. Everything was done in about 10 minutes.
Living here is amazing, it is like living at a resort. It is beautiful, the people are friendly and the neighborhood has easy access to food and shopping.
