My uncle lived here. The staff was really nice about me getting my uncles belongings out when he died on March 31st, 2025. I couldn't use his key since the lock was changed. I could only get in Monday through Friday. I didn't agree with it but I had no choice. (HUD rules)

Moved into Apartment recently & Love the Germantown NEIGHBORHOOD! I walk my dog Buster Brown all around the area ! Many Historical Homes to admire!
I Came to visit a family member, the women at the front desk was beyond rude and wouldn't even answer my question, she and other staff members were publicly talking about an elderly resident in a demeaning manor. The staff here lacks any form of professional training and could all use a refresher in "customer service/ Hospitality Training" I would not be comfortable with a loved one living here based on the treatment that the staff shows
I live here and it's a great environment for seniors and disabled people. There's always something to do everyday bingo on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, pinochle on Wednesday afternoon, pokeno on Monday and shooting pool on Thursday nights.
Very comfortable and wonderful place for seniors. I worked there for several years n not only the management is wonderful but what's even better is the tenants are awesome. Fun, friendly and give a ton of knowledge to the youth such as myself . I'm a full grown adult but compared to them I'm still the youth
