I was here for rehab, and overall, the staff has been incredible! I came here so weak and unable to care for myself. I left Fountain View, having met my goals and walking independently!! A tremendous thank you to all the staff who believed in me and cared for me from my medical needs, physical needs, proper nutrition, emotional needs, and so much more! I truly recommend Fountain View for you or your loved one in need of subacute rehab.

I cannot THANK the administrator, Yeshaya Seeve, for ALL of his help and concern for my family member that spent 8 months at Fountain View. Yeshaya was ALWAYS available to help! He takes much pride in his very important position at the facility, and has the utmost, genuine concern for all the residents. Yeshaya was very kind to me , as a care giver, and my appreciation for him cannot be expressed in words. You are in great hands with Yeshaya in charge!!
I went to visit a friend who recently went into Fountainview. The facility was very nice and all the employees were very friendly. My friend is getting good care.
If you want to get a real feel for this place, park in the spots behind the building. You will see garbage strewn about everywhere - it is absolutely disgusting and they should be embarrassed. This is a direct representation of how the patients are cared for. My family member was here for a month, and it was just awful. Do yourself and family member a huge favor and go elsewhere The garbage in the back was also mentioned in a previous site visit, which is publicly posted I believe on the Medicare compare site. Do your research!!!!
Very Satisfied with Fountain View, It's very beautiful, neat and clean. The staff were professional and appear to be happy working there. The air was fresh and odor free. PPE was worn by all staff.
