I can’t say enough good things about this incredible community in Fountain Hills! The amenities are truly top-notch, offering comfort, convenience, and a real sense of home. The culinary experience here is outstanding—every meal feels like it’s from a five-star restaurant, with delicious, well-balanced options for all tastes. What really sets this place apart is the variety of engaging activities that keep residents active, social, and fulfilled. And the staff? Absolutely the best! They are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond every single day. This community is a gem and truly stands out in every way!
I would like to commend Nividia Padilla, Housekeeping Supervisor for her care and attention to detail. She is very detail oriented in her responsibilities of room care. Everything sparkles! Laundry is folded meticulously and returned on time. She is very pleasant and very fun to work with! Excellent attitude and caring toward everyone! A true gem! She’s THE BEST!! I would also like to give thanks to Valentina for her exceptional courtesy and professionalism to the residents who reside here. She is hard working, enthusiastic and caring. She always has a smile and is willing to help with any need you have! Way to go Valentina!!
I was there today visiting my sister. Went with her for lunch. The food was not edible. Microwave pizza! Cold and the crust was too tough to chew. Fish soup with no fish. Big hunks of potatoes. The staff is so overwhelmed because they are terribly understaffed. Takes 15 to 20 minutes for a response from staff during the day. What happens at night??
Tonight I enjoyed dinner and a look at Fountain View Village. It was very cheerful and bright building with many areas for residents to gather. The residents I spoke with seem to greatly enjoy being a part of the community and all the activities it has to offer. The dining experience was exceptional with shrimp, Caesar’s salad, lobster tail and chocolate cake. It was absolutely a 5 star dinner with an exceptional staff. I would highly recommend looking at FVV as a living option. It is a lovely community with many happy residents.
