We placed my grandmother into fountain springs after her stay in another facility in North Cape May. He almost killed her due to inadequate care and inattentive medical staff and over medicating. Fountain Springs was amazing. The staff was compassionate and treated my grandmother with such dignity and respect. They allowed us to sit with her 24hrs a day for 4 days straight while she was passing and did everything they could to not only ensure my grandmom was comfortable, They went out of their way to constantly check on us the family. And make sure we were ok and had anything we needed. There are some remarkable people who work in that place, and while it may not look the nicest. It's not about looks it's about quality of care and quality of life. They gave my grandmom both in spades for the remaining time she had left, and I am deeply grateful for each and every employee there and couldn't be more appreciative of everything they have done for my grandmom and family during such trying time. The nurse Tara, who was caring for my grandmom a lot during her final days, is sincerely one of the best nurses I have ever encountered, and she absolutely deserves 10 stars through and through. I know it isn't easy doing that kind of work, and the people at Fountain Springs do it so amazingly. From my family, my late grandmother, and myself. Thank you to all at Fountain Springs for making this horrible experience just a little easier to deal with.
My father was in rehab at Fountain Springs. I could not have said enough great things about the staff! Over and above amazing! We are considering long term care as well. You are not a number at this facility, you are a human and everyone cares!
Don't ever do it!!! When I walked in, my mother was ringing for the nurse and no one responded. Her oxygen level was 70 and she could not breath. That is just one of the stories I have and she was there less than 24 hours. We are at Cooper hospital which is incredible.

From the initial conversation with Trisha, the External Case Manger, who took the time to meet with us at my mother's hospital room, I knew I was making the right decision for my mom. The admissions process was seamless, thanks to the efforts of Karen, the Admission’s Director. The staff are highly trained and dedicated, making my mom feel welcome and comfortable from the start. The activities and crafts provided by the Activities Department are tailored to each patient's needs and interests, ensuring that they remain engaged and stimulated. As a result of the outstanding care provided by Fountain Springs, I have seen significant improvement in my mom's health and well-being. I highly recommend Fountain Springs for anyone seeking short term rehab or long-term care services.
