was astonished of the rudeness of a person named Rose who twice locked me out because I went out to smoke after hours everyone else treated me with love and respect as I was vistiting my dying mother . she blatantly locked me out knowing this . this person seemed like a very miserable individual .unsmiling unhelpfull very un caring I'm schocked !
I was here in April to visit a dear friend(Merilyn) and was IMPRESSED with the friendly staff, amazing food, and the beauty of the building and grounds(awesome roses). If I were not a dye in the wool* TEXAN * I would retire here! God bless all of you.
