This facility is unlike any others from what I now am learning about rehab/nursing home facilities. My mother had a fall that led her here for a month stay for rehab. I visited every day at lunch so worried but starting with Smitha her day nurse amongst MANY others who by watching them actually care about my mom and take care of her to better herself so she could leave and be a better version herself put my mind at ease...not only for my mother but for the elderly in general. This place does many activities from devotional,storytime,hair,nails,bingo,ect ect keeping life flowing in the ones there. Makes my heart happy, I would hope and pray all facilities had a team like this one who truly cares and enjoy their work and patients. Thank you for everything from me (who bugged y'all daily) & my mother Tennie ❤️

Did not wanna have to go in a Rehabilitation place ever but the staff, the front office workers, wonderful nurses, nurses aids, my physical therapists and doctors amazed me.. At Founders I was treated so kind I felt like I was with family. Thank you everyone for treating me so good. I love you all and miss you all. ❤️
I am so grateful for Cameron and the staff of Founder's. I had struggled getting my mom into a place. They took her she wasn't an easy resident. They understood the disease of dementia. My mother passed this week. I am so thankful all they did for her. God bless Founders .
My husband is at founders, I don’t think I could have found a better place. Not a fancy place, but a building is just a building, what makes it is the people inside the building. They treat my husband with respect and show him that they care. I’m up here almost everyday, I always feel good when I walk in because when I walk in that door I feel the love.
Founders is a caring, helpful place. All the nurses and administrators know their jobs and do them well. My brother has learned the names of most everyone there. He gets his personal needs taken care of as well as good meals and good medical care. He does not attend many of the activities, but there ARE fun daily things for residents to do. I am so glad we chose Founders for him.
