Forest View Center is great, with a dedicated and compassionate team that truly cares about their patients. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported, and the level of professionalism and warmth from the staff has been outstanding. Among the incredible professionals here, we’ve been especially fortunate to work with Ms. Laura Accardi (Speech Therapist), whose expertise and kindness have made a world of difference for my mom.We are incredibly grateful for Laura and the amazing work she has done with mom. In just a few weeks, my mother has made significant progress in recovering her speech, vocal strength, and ability to eat and swallow properly. Laura's presence and attentiveness make such a difference—she truly listens, cares, and encourages mom every step of the way. Her dedication and expertise have helped mom regain confidence, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her support. My mom was in the facility for physical therapy for 2 months. The staff was so good to her. She loved them. My mom enjoyed physical therapy and it helped her a lot. Forest View is very clean and it’s maintained very nicely. I would recommend this place.
After my knee surgery, I moved to Forest View Rehab Center the very next day. It was my first experience at a rehab facility, so I was initially worried. However, I quickly discovered how kind and professional everyone there was. From the nurses, CNAs, housekeeping staff on the second floor, everyone was incredibly caring. My favorite CNAs, Ms. Patricia, stood out for her exceptional care. The physical Therapy team, especially Shani and Geese, was outstanding. I stayed at Forest View for 10 weeks, during that time, they truly teated me like family. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone there. God bless you all.
This is a long over due review My name is Matthew, and my father Rick suffered a massive left-sided stroke at the young age of 70. After facing rejection from multiple rehabilitation centers, Forest View Rehabilitation Center became a beacon of hope for us. My father had lost complete usage of his right side and the ability to speak, making his journey to recovery a challenging one. He spent a tough 8 months on the first floor of this facility. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Cece, the head nurse, and her incredible team on the first floor. Their dedication and compassion towards my father were unwavering. They not only attended to his physical needs but also provided emotional support for both my father and our family. Their regular updates kept us informed and reassured. A special thanks goes to Laura Accari, our speech-language pathologist, who worked tirelessly with my father to help him regain his ability to communicate. Her patience and expertise were instrumental in his progress. I also want to extend my appreciation to Deepali and her team in the physical therapy department. Their commitment to my father's rehabilitation was truly remarkable. The progress he made under their care was inspiring. Gordon Shaw, the assistant director, played a pivotal role in coordinating my father's care and ensuring that he received the best possible treatment. Lastly, a big thank you to the admissions department and the social workers who provided invaluable support during our journey. Forest View Rehabilitation Center is more than just a facility; it's a place where miracles happen, and where dedicated professionals like Cece, Laura, Deepali, Gordon, and many others work tirelessly to give patients a chance at a better life.
