I have been to all of the senior parks in Grass Valley and Forest Springs is by far the best Senior mobile home park in the surrounding area. This place is full of great people who are nice and considerate. The park has a pool and all the amenities.

My Sister and I recently purchased two homes in the Forest Springs community. Our experience with the purchase was very pleasant and we have no qualms in saying that this community is not only 5 Star but well above that! From our experience with Melinda Knox as our Sales Representative to working with Tammy Chance, as our Community Manager, it has been awesome all the way. Lest I forget, Brandy Morris as our Office Coordinator has always provided outstanding customer service when we have worked with her. Our homes have all of the newest features and the community as a whole is extremely well maintained. And I must mention, the recently updated Clubhouse with some very top notch amenities. Everyone that I have spoken to is very friendly and welcoming to us as new additions to the community. I have lived in the Forest Springs mobile home park for two years, and absolutely love, where I live! The residents are so friendly and continue to thrive in an active and safe community.. I have met so many amazing people, including the management team. The office staff are friendly and very dedicated to the community, especially with their involvement with the clubhouse remodel. The maintenance crew are very helpful and hard-working!!. Hopefully Sun Ccmmunities realizes and appreciates this wonderful and cohesive team . Of course, as many have mentioned, the space rent is quite expensive, but I enjoy the community so much I’m able to look beyond this issue and keep my fingers crossed for lower annual rent increases.
I really love the community here at Forest Springs MHC. I moved here from Marin County about 3 years ago, and I was immediately impressed with Melinda's professionalism in the sales office. She makes buying here go very smoothly. The maintenance team here are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable as well as super nice, Bob, Kevin and Steve. The office manager Tammy, and her assistant Brandy are both super wonderful and professional, and are just great ladies that truly care about the people in the community. I have met so many wonderful people here, especially at the pool, that I enjoy almost daily during the season. I also enjoy the hot tub, and the brand new nicely updated and appointed community center, for dance lessons and chair yoga, as well as the new work out gym that I love to use , which is a really great addition they just added, ( I was able to cancel my Training Zone membership!) Free working out at the new gym and walking around the lovely grounds here is really wonderful! The people in the community are all so friendly and nice, and the management and maintenance teams are amazing and super helpful! I really have loved my experience here and I think anyone that is looking to move here will feel the same when they get here!
My wife and I moved to Forest Springs in October 2023. We quickly came to love it here. Our house is perfect for us (just the right size, new and doesn't need anything fixed or renovated). Melinda Knox, the builder and owner management company on site agent, is a wonderful person. She guided us easily through house selection and closing. She is a fountain of good information. She is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always available to help or answer questions. If you are looking for an quality and affordable house in a 55+ community with great amenities and very friendly neighbors in a great location, then Forest Springs fots the bill.
