Forest Ridge is a wonderful place to live. There is plenty to do to stay active. The gym and pool are some of the amenities I use most. The office staff are available and ready to help with any concerns I have. The apartment is beautiful and has everything I need. My view is amazing. I get to see the sunset every night. If something breaks the maintenance staff fixes it right away and they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend FOREST RIDGE to anyone looking for a great place to live.

If your Senior enjoys having family and grandchildren over, DO NOT have them live here. This place (Front Office & Corporate) allows for one resident to dictate how other Senior's can spend time with their families which includes Grandchildren. Rules get changed or implemented based on how many times a single resident calls and complains. Instead of dealing with the problem, IE the "complainer" they just make up a new rule so everyone else has to suffer. If I could give negative stars I would. So I am just going to make EVERYONE aware of how this place is actually managed. Stay away its horrible!!
Update - Response to their justification: Your response is almost as pathetic as your actions. We drove by this senior residence yesterday (4/29/2025) and there was a bunch of furniture and household goods dumped on the curb by the street. An elderly woman was sitting there. On social media, it was reported that Forest Ridge Senior Residence evicted an 88 year-old woman and dumped her belongings on the grass and spray painted “Do Not Take” on the back of her furniture. Some of her dishes and other items were broken. Numerous people stopped to ask if they could help. What kind of despicable company and people does this to someone?? Disgusting! If there was an issue, there are more respectful ways to deal with it than dumping an elderly person’s belongings on the curb.
Our community is a very nice place to live. The staff, from office to maintenance, are very dedicated to keeping the place clean and safe. The location is great.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. They have social activities throughout the week and several activity rooms for the residents to use.
