My dad was cared for at Forest Hill Manor at least twice. I’m preparing to move into assisted living in 2 weeks myself. I would not consider doing so if Dad’s care had been substandard. The staff was competent, professional, and friendly. The first time we took Dad home, staff members came to the house beforehand to do a brief inspection and provide safety tips. This was helpful and greatly reduced our anxiety over bringing him home. I highly recommend this facility.

My mother recently transferred to the Skilled Nursing Facility at Forest Hill Manor after an acute care stay due to illness. We were very pleased with her stay. All the staff were attentive, kind and caring. Their continued care including the physical and occupational therapies helped my mom to return to her home after a short stay. We found the facility very clean & pleasant.
The skilled nursing facility is a complete disorganised nightmare. And the company cares about one thing: your money. Response to "owner": My loved one was in and out of your facility for 2 years. I spent a lot of that time there with them. Staff were not trained properly, communication among and with them was terrible, staff did not consistently follow official medical instructions, and there was general mismanagement. The only positive was Dr. Morad. I reported scores of problems and violations to management, along with billing errors, almost all of which were dismissed or ignored. It was a foul experience.
My mother and I are very grateful to Forest Hill Manor and the staff. She made a full recovery thanks to the skilled nursing team and pt, ot therapy. Thank you.
After spending 4 days in the hospital, my mother was transferred to Forest Hill Manor for rehabilitation. Jannet Pique, the nursing director, was very thorough with the process. Medications were reviewed and recommended holding off on one of the meds, which was surprisingly the prescribed routinely by the hospital. The nursing staff were attentive to my mother’s needs. The CNA’s put a smile on my mom’s, and she is not easily entertained. She fell in love with Judy, who helped her with showers. Alexandria and others were not afraid to get their hands dirty and went above and beyond. Vega and Amanda were both highly trained professionals. They assessed my mother’s needs and their compassion was exemplary. After just a few days, they improved her mobility to where she was able to go home after a short stay. I will always be grateful to the entire staff who displayed tremendous patience towards my mother. The food is acceptable but they could do better. The menu should be catered to the patients' dietary needs or preferences. The coffee and espresso machine, however, was awesome with a variety of selections. Thank you for caring for my mother and will definitely consider Forest Hill again.
