This place is absolutely the worse facility I have seen. My mother was taken there for rehabilitation. In the process she got a UTI and we had to transport her by ambulance to Reynolds for the test. The nurses refuse to take our calls. Our mother has another UTI and still no UA. The director of nursing won't even take our calls. Also, be carefull of nurse Stephanie.....she has NO concerns for the patients and keep putting off the UA test for days. Horrendous they treat their patients like this. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars my grandma was there for 13 hours and hurt very badly. We had to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital currently reaching out to state please don’t take your loved one there!!
My mom might be coming there as a patients today. If she is treated badly or doesn't get quality care I will make it known.
