Marsha, Diana, Paul, and a host of others made me comfortable with my mother being there. There was a lot of new faces that came in and Marsha and Paul the ones that took care of mom from day one and familiar with her relayed how my mother was to other personnel also was marvelous in paying attention to her. Diana as Activities coordinator made sure she knew her likes and dislike to help mom feel connected to things she was comfortable with and enjoyed. Front desk and business office personnel had a smile and kind words for me. Autumn for giving me directions in what l needed to do when I first getting started. Thank you all so much!!

The therapy team was very good. Speech therapy physical therapy and occupational therapist. The food was not that great and the living situations were a little unbearable. And there's a lot of roaches and bugs in the building. Some of the employees that work in the kitchen are very rude and make problems with people. And most of the nursing staff is pretty good. There's just a lot of temp agency workers going in and out of the building. And the rooms that have four people in them should probably only have two people in them. There have been a lot of problems with drugs facility and there's been a problem with the people that are in the facility as well. Some of the people should be in the locked unit instead of being put in a room with three other people.
Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation has been AMAZING to work with. The admin/leadership team has really done a great job turning things around and creating an awesome environment for both the skilled therapy patients and the long-term residents that call Forest Hill home. The caregivers have all been “called” to their work and it shows in their everyday interactions with the residents. Forest Hill has really done a great job creating a warm and welcoming environment to seek therapy or to call home. I applaud a job well done!
I am currently a PO resident here, the facility is making great changes. Our new social worker, Drew, is very helpful. The food could be better but it's not the worst. Some of the staff are polite and kind.
I had an opportunity to visit this facility recently and must say, the place looks great! Renovations were actively happening and the halls/ entry way looks nice and bright and clean, all of the staff I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. The staff was very engaged, helping and joking with the Residents, the atmosphere was very bright and welcoming.
