Very supportive administrator and staffs all departments . My mother stayed here for a month after she broke her hips, place is clean, staff are very caring. This is my second home. I started as a new graduate RN as no one wanted to hire me as I was a new graduate and no experience then. I have been here for 29 years.

My experience with Forest Grove Post Acute has been very positive. The staff, from Yesenia in front office to the CNA caregivers (Eva, Ariceli), cleaning staff..Marina, to kitchen staff..Roe...(just to name a few) are the most caring, kind, reliable staff anywhere. They are caring professionals who treat their patients (including my husband) with respect, patience, and kindness every day. I love all these people. They are like family to me. I had to come to have more physical therapy and care than the hospital had time for after my knee surgery. I was very well taken care of. The CNA's were absolutely wonderful. They took such good care of me. They came when I needed help with in a reasonable amount of time. I got good physical therapy everyday. I gave the staff 5 star's because I feel they deserve that. I will always recommend them for care. Thank you for taking good care of me.
It’s taken me some time to reflect before writing this review, but after working here for a rewarding year and a half, I feel ready to share my thoughts. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares for the patients we serve. The staff here are exceptional—full of compassion and dedication to every individual. Our therapy team truly goes above and beyond, working tirelessly to help patients reach their goals and safely return home. The social services team plays an essential role as well, ensuring that patients have everything they need for a smooth transition back home, whether it's walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, or hospital beds. If it's not available, they make sure it gets ordered and delivered. The resident care managers are another standout, collaborating with providers and staff to ensure all patient needs are met. While this isn’t a luxury hotel, our team’s dedication to healing and supporting patients is second to none. Every day, the staff put their hearts into caring for others, and it’s an honor to be a part of this amazing team. If it was my family member needing a place to rehabilitate, they would be coming here to work with my team.
This facility gets a 5star from me. As an agency nurse I’ve been through tons of facilities and this one takes first place year to year. Great staff, communication. Management is approachable. Team work roams in the whole building. Patient care and advocacy is top notch. The house providers are exactly what your family member needs, they are invested in the patients care and well being, always answer the phone when you call them and are available 24/7. The facility is really clean and has the best housekeeping services I’ve ever been around. The therapy team will get you home before you even know it. Now let me tell you about the admissions manager, thorough is an understatement when it comes to Amanda. As a nurse you always when you’re to get an admit, everything about your admit before even report from the hospital.
