My mother lived there almost a year in the memory care. The director was helpful until my mom started living there, then communication stopped. My mom was very social, and enjoyed living there since she grew up in a childrens home. One week I called ( I live in Virginia) and was told by the nurse my mom hadn't been herself for a week. I had asked if she had been checked out by the visiting doctor, maybe she had a uti, because she had one before and was told he was going to be there that day. The next day I called and he prescribed her a sedative, that was it. The following day I called in the morning and the nurse told me she had a bump on her head but she seemed fine. Later that afternoon I called to check on her and they said she need to go to the hospital to check the bump. Found out she had a uti while she was there. When she came back to the facility my mom was very scared of her roommate and my sister was checking into moving her into a different room because this was an ongoing problem i found out. This was Friday and a room wouldnt be ready until Monday. Saturday she had a massive stroke and was airlifted to a hospital, 15 days later she died. This was in June, so I have waited to write review until now. I never understood what happened. The director of the memory care never called, only one staff member, CNA, I believe, had the heart to call me to check on her and that's after a week and my mom had already transferred to hospice. I know its a difficult place to work, as I have 2 daughters that work in similar facilities in Virginia. I did everything they had asked of me to take care of my mom's needs from afar. The CNAs and a nurse were my only connection to my mom and I praise them. The director in elder care and business is lacking in communication.

We have really enjoyed working with Jacob and Angelica to get mom all settled in. The staff is so caring and warm! Jacob really helped us with questions and managing the wait list and registration process!
My mother-in-law lives at Foothill Village. She is 93 and loves it there. She loves the staff and other residents. She has stayed at our house on a few occasions for a night or two and she is always antsy to go back "home". She loves the social aspects of eating together in the dining room and the different activities the staff put on. She is well cared for by a caring staff.
My Mom loves it here! Last year we moved my Mom to Foothill Village. Like anything new it was a big change especially with COVID. I’m so impressed with the staff and services there that I’m so happy we choose Foothill Village. She loves her new community and all her new friends. Thank you for making my Mom So happy 🤗💕🤗🤗
Toured this community and found everything that we were looking for but most importantly, a caring staff. We found the staff to be the most friendly of any facility we visited. Due to the pandemic, we did a virtual tour. The marketing person did a great job of answering questions and showing us around, all from the comfort of our home. When it came time to move mom in, everything was as expected and the facility was extremely clean and well prepared. This process has been easier and a god-send for our family.
