Bailee Lecompte, Director of Business is amazing and someone that truly cares ! The process to find a new home for a loved one is emotionally challenging at best. She was patient with all of my questions and concerns and efficiently communicated with me throughout the whole process . She was able to put my mind at ease as she was so compassionate and calming. She is an effective, efficient communicator and collaborator with all the various parties involved in this admission process . She was very timely while being highly professional. So glad I fell into her capable hands to finally get my sister placed. Thank you Bailee !

My mother is in hospice care at home and Focused Care at Webster provides respite care for the caregivers. My mother stayed 6 days and 5 nights and has high expectations. She was very anxious about going somewhere new, but was relieved to be treated well by the staff. She also said the food was "almost as good as homemade" which for her is very high praise. I plan to use their services again for respite care.
My mother has been receiving care at Focus Care Webster for the ten months, and I am incredibly grateful for the attention and kindness she receives from the staff. The caregivers are patient, compassionate, and attentive to her needs, always making sure she feels comfortable and well-cared for. They treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves, and it’s clear they genuinely care about her well-being. Since being here, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in her mood and overall health. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a range of activities that keep her engaged and happy. I have peace of mind knowing she’s in such capable hands. I would highly recommend Focus Care Webster to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
The care at Focused Care for Mrs. Graham was extremely disappointing. While some CNAs provided adequate to good care, the overall experience was unacceptable. Tamecia, in particular, was by far the rudest nurse we have ever encountered. Additionally, most of the nurses who were not directly assigned to her care seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Whenever any of us children asked questions, their response was often dismissive, saying, “She’s not my patient,” before turning and walking away. A more appropriate response would have been, “Let me see if I can help.” Staff members were frequently observed using personal devices with earbuds during visiting hours. Even some of our mom’s visitors commented on the rude behavior of certain staff members when approached. On multiple occasions, we were advised by caregivers on-site for ambulance calls or during ER visits to remove our mom from Focused Care. These professionals expressed serious concerns about the facility’s quality of care. It was also concerning that the Focused Care physician called me only three days before we were scheduled to leave the facility. I had neither met nor heard from this physician during our five-week stay, which is unacceptable given how apparent her declining condition was to everyone. To make matters worse, Focused Care has lost one hearing aid, three pairs of pants, and a sweater. The hearing aid was lost within the first four days of her arrival, which is particularly upsetting. We have paid a total of $6,102.54 to Focused Care. We expect a prompt refund as soon as her Medicaid approval is finalized. On a positive note, I would like to express my gratitude to Bailee, who has been consistently kind, respectful, and helpful throughout this challenging process. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Administrator Mr. Keith. Despite my efforts to reach out and Bailee’s assurances that my concerns were shared with him, I have yet to receive any response from him. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed, and Mr. Keith is held accountable for the shortcomings at this facility. Regards. Mr. Graham
My sister has been at Focused Care, Webster since last summer. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and care the residents receive. Mersha does an amazing job with activities! I am there often and witness the love all of the staff has for the residents. I receive prompt replies whenever I email or call about something. I am so happy we moved my sister here.
