I’m a temporary resident in there, I see roaches, mice, ignorant staff busybodies doing their own personal thing while on the clock. Don’t get me wrong there are five good spirits souls staff among an abundance of wicked cruel evil staffs. The A Hall back rooms are very crowded and hot hot the rooms need to be equipped with good air conditioner units or window units something. Ignorant wicked management resident assigning rooms to new comers are placed in disgusting small double rooms with another resident not knowing the infectious protocol residents are placed with other residents with contagious diseases, example, bladder infections, U.T.I. , colds, flulike symptoms, coughing sneezing constantly and or diarrhea residing residence in a very small bathroom for two people. The bathrooms need to be expanded. A lot of issues there that need immediate attention. Deprivation of pain narcotics that are prescribed by the residents Professional Physicians. I was given Tylenol 4 due to my history of chronic pain and neurological pain, and muscle pain, mouth pain Management is extremely poorly. They need a whole new management team and a more professional team . Need new staff with professionalism skills, all cell phones of staff should be kept in their cars or lockers. And there is proof that staff be stealing stuff from the residents, such as money, Stanton Optical expensive glasses, jewelry, makeup, personal valuables etc etc….. and all residents should have insurance right? Then why the heck are old management garnishes money that should go to the residents and or a legal family member. Allow residents to keep vitamins, energy drinks, essential items in their rooms.Midland Focuse on N. Main Street is corrupted just like our got damn democracy president…..*****¥¥¥¥¥
Focused Care at Midland is a great facility that really cares for their residents. Miss Sally Westbrooks is one of the hardest working CNA’s there. She has genuine relationships with the residents and always goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. We need more Sally’s in the CNA field!
The nurses here are sweet and caring, just beautiful people! They sometimes take a little bit to answer the call light but it’s because they are so incredibly busy. They go the extra mile for you. The diet isn’t great but you can bring your own food in. I’m here for physical therapy and they let me push at my own speed but don’t let me hurt myself. I stood up yesterday! Even with the imperfections, I’d send my momma here, and that’s really saying something because my momma is so very precious!
If I could give zero stars I would. This roach infested place is disgusting. Do Not place your loved one here! The staff is lazy, does NOT care about the residents. Bathrooms filthy, disgusting and unsanitary. Please stay away.
