Renee is amazing. She is very patient and considers your design ideas when helping plan. She spent extra time with us at the end of her day to make sure we felt comfortable with our ideas and purchases. Can’t recommend enough!
I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Wills at the Glenside and Broad location of Floor & Decor. She was so helpful, attentive, and creative. She helped me come up with tiles for a new shower and bathroom project. She is very easy to work with and very much available for phone calls and appointments. I highly recommend Lauren when doing any type of tile project.
Needed help with finding shower tile for a repair and Shelbi was more than helpful! She patiently located tile that would work for the project and made sure we had the correct glue and tools for the job. She made recommendations for cutting the tile to the correct size. It was a extremely pleasant experience at Floor & Decor because of Shelbi! 2 months later: we had the best experience today getting expert knowledge from Tony with cutting tiles. He took lots of time with me to make sure I understood how to score and cut tile and answered all my questions. Robin at checkout followed up with us to make sure we were all set for our home improvement. Highly recommend this store! Excellent customer service!
We went shopping for remodeling our bathroom and we had the most amazing experience with Georgina. She went above and beyond in helping us and also mentioning the pros and cons of various options. She took us around and showed us many options and choices with material so we could decide the best option for us. She went looking for items that were not on the shelf and she brought them from the back storage. We were beyond happy when she brought us the material that we were looking to buy. She is a great asset to your company and thanks to her service, we will be coming back to get more supplies for our 2nd bathroom remodel in a couple of months. She has very friendly, knowledgeable and she made sure we bought all the required supplies including grout and vanity. We are looking forward to her assistance when we visit the store and she really cared for her customers.
