There are several things about the community that my wife and I enjoy. The first thing would be the food, I enjoyed the ample meal choices and different varieties given to us. I also enjoy the relationships that I have built with the people living here. We enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they have about their departments. Certainly, we have to say that the view from this building is incredible being able to look out and see the ocean is so relaxing. Both of us are big readers and there’s a wonderful library here there must be literally hundreds or thousands of books. Overall, my experience here has been super I couldn’t be happier.
I moved my dad to 5 star's assisted living back in February. The facility and staff are the best! Sally, Ian and all of the staff are always friendly and super attentive! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility that is in a beautiful location!
My wife and I have lived in Five Star Premier Residence of Pompano Beach for almost 5 years. Our experience has been Five Star all the way with the exception of a 10 plus month failed experiment with Compass, an outside contract dining service. Notwithstanding, a resent resident’s very low rating based on a single meal is both not accurate and frankly unfair. Overall our community provides gracious, safe, clean and comfortable living of the first order. Our professional, responsive and caring staff is unmatched. Now that Compass is phasing out the dining room is showing improvement daily. I can’t imagine a better place for us to reside. Don Ingram
I want start by saying the staff here at Five Star Premier Residence of Pompano go above, and beyond. It is so important to me to live in an environment with caring and loving people around me. Tony, our driver is very conscientious about providing me with excellent transportation. He takes time to make sure that I’m comfortable and safe whenever I need to go anywhere. He is extremely friendly and patient with me. Everyday I make a call down to our concierge. Even though we have over 100 people here she knows exactly who I am. Greeting me by name, going above and beyond to make me feel special.
