Dear Eli: I was discharged from your facility, Fishkill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, on Monday April 14, 2025. My stay was roughly 7 months. I wanted to take the time to write a note of thanks to you, your assistant Tatianna, and your staff for the care and consideration for my wellbeing while I was a resident in your South Rehabilitation area. The professional care that I received was exemplary. I want to stress also that while many think of nursing and rehab centers as a ‘Five Star Hotel’ we know it isn’t. You team was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, caring and yes, loving. I saw firsthand how your team cared for each and every resident / patient as if they were a part of their own family. Of course that includes me too! I want thank many on your staff: Marjorie, Kimesha, Mama Dale, Fitzroy, Cindy, Fitz, Armando, Jackie, Savaara, Althea, Aneetha, Shameeka, Renesha, Sheneese, Beverly, Rosalee, Cha-cha, Kaitlan, Dr. Micha Katz; In the PT dept: Ann, Alison, Sara, Sandra, Robin, Caitlan, Rob, Felix, Tyler. How can I forget Kevin the dietician? There is also the admin staff: Nancy Lynn, Marissa, Mimi, Front Desk – Donna. If I forgot to name someone, please forgive my memory. My mother is in the memory care unit and she is doing so well. I attribute this to the very loving and caring staff who do an amazing job. I cannot thank them enough. Mom is always smiling when we go to visit her and she’s always involved in wonderful activities. The care she receives at Fishkill Center is excellent.
I've only been there once so far, but from what I've seen, staff is very kind and attentive. My mother-in-law, who is the patient, has nothing but lovely things to say about this facility!! From what I've seen thus far, they seem amazing!!!
The best facility ever! Fitz is the best! I was there 3 years ago for two months and he took such good care of me that I now have my mom there. I was so happy to see my old friend. Don’t ever let him go! He makes a hard time bearable. He is the absolute kindest man! Love you Fitz!!!
Outstanding staff! Everyone - the receptionist, the Finance office, the aides, the nurses, the social workers, therapists, etc. This staff went above and beyond giving my mother the care she deserves. I highly recommend this facility to those who need it. A very satisfying and heart warming experience. I can't thank you enough!
