Thomas Herrero, the Director of Admin came to my brothers house to assess him. Thomas did not rush through it. I was confident that he was aware of my brothers needs and I knew Fernley Estates was the best place for my brother. My brother has not had one complaint and is very happy there. This was such a relief for me as My brother had to say goodbye to his home and dog. My brother looks so much healthier after just being there for 30 days. Caregiver are friendly and capable .
Ive had a couple experiences trying to find my mom a good place to live where she is well taken care of and a place that she enjoys. Fernley estates is just that place. The food is amazing the staff has been great as well no complaints. Tom is a great administrator who is running an amazing building! Highly recommend!
So far, so good! Communication has been excellent with staff prior to moving my mother-in-law to Fernley Estates. The information received beforehand was clear, and uncomplicated. Gave us confidence that this was the place for mom! The community is clean and efficiently run. Move in day was a breeze as the staff came and asked mom if she wanted to play Bingo while we unloaded her things and set up the apartment. Looking forward to continued goodwill and good companionship for mom!
Sarah Jackson is by far my favorite person there. The arts and crafts sessions that she does is magnificent. Her warm smile will make anyone feel welcome.
