I am very grateful for Farmington Square Medford, they have made the process of transitioning my aunt into memory care so much easier! They have been very accommodating and responsive. Jesse in particular has been very helpful with navigating the challenges of doing this process from afar.

Thanks for a great tour with our family. It was very educational, full of important details and expeditious. Jesse took a lot of time answering her questions and making her feel comfortable. The family chose your facility and was very pleased with the energy and the activities going on in the cottages.
I enjoyed my tour of the facility. The guide was very knowledgeable about the facility and care options from an administrative perspective, but also displayed caring personal interaction with the residents, often calling them by name. The care provided seems to be first rate! The facility is clean and smells good. The layout appears to be conducive to the residents' need for continued mobility, by having ample places to walk for exercise as well as to sit and rest or visit. I would definitely feel comfortable having my loved one in the good care of this facility.
If you are looking for memory care in Medford, Oregon I recommend Farmington Square Medford. My dad has been there for a year. They are so kind, caring, patient, and knowledgeable in treating him through his Dementia. They keep us informed of how he is doing, changing and any issues that need our attention. Thank you Farmington Square, Medford for taking such good care of my dad.
My mother fell and broke her hip at this facility, when she was released back to the facility I noticed that straps on an abductor pillow were excessively tight, when I asked if staff was properly trained and if a doctor's order had been provided to the facility on the use of this device, the executive director contacted me, demanded I immediately leave the property, and threatened to call the police on me. FYI I was told in detail by staff at the hospital that if the straps were too tight, it could cut off the circulation, cause a blot clot, and cause a stroke. This is how management treated this concerned family member regarding life threatening conditions at there facility.
