DO NOT Recommend! If you care for your loved ones and need reliable services look elsewhere. I have 90 year old loved one that was transitioning into nursing care that needed care 8 hours a day. Some days they were late, some days they left early, some days they just didn't show up at all. Some days they didn't even call to tell us after the start time if at all! As a healthcare professional myself I find this UNACCEPTABLE and have reported this to the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid due to the fact Home Health Agencies are not licensed or registered by ODH but must be certified by the CMS. My family and I were left scrambling at the very last minute more often than not. I am beyond concerned that this company is able to continue its operations. After speaking with a case manager at the nursing facility where my loved one resides I was told the staffing issues are CONSTANT! Most times families are left hanging and their loved ones alone because they do not communicate or give proper notice about the unreliable staff they employ.

I loved family tree and everybody i had an interaction with. I would definitely recommend Family Tree Home Care! They are very caring, respectful,helpful.
Love them. I just had to step away for my son’s sake. I recommend Family Tree to anyone!
