Walked in for an impromptu visit on a Saturday night and couldn't have been more impressed. The facility and grounds are immaculately kept, every employee and resident we met were super welcoming and friendly, the services and activities offered are top notch. A special thank you to Cynthia and Yolanda for their stellar service and for making us feel so welcome.
Perhaps you could show a little more respect and concern for your staff then people who already have one foot in the grave. Without staff you don't have a leg to stand on. What is going to happen when all those uptight, rich old people who for whatever reason thinks the world owes them something come down for "happy hour 🙄" or God forbid dinner at 3 am and no one is there to "serve their highnesses"?
My mom lives here. She likes the place and all the activities available. Every employee I have met there seems to really be a good fit to work at a retirement
This facility only cares about Money. They will say anyone is a great candidate for independent living even if they are slumped over, drooling, wearing depends, and has trouble walking like my grandfather. This manager cindi and nurses Katie and Vicki have lied to my family and are very manipulative. They commented on my grandparents finances which they have No idea about them. They want Money and do not care about the elderly. Do Not Move Here or Even Visit. If you are looking for honest adequate care for your family Do Not Look Here
