Pluses- It looks nice for the most part, and some nice people live here. Minuses- Absolutely horrible management company and board of directors. The property manager is rude and nasty to residents. Some maintenance issues are ongoing for months or years, and the board of directors tolerates this. Be nice to yourself, find a better place to live and enjoy a better life.

A wonderful 55 + community. I would like to see the community install a children's playground for grandchildren to use when they stay over for Shabbos. A number of people have said the same thing. I see numerous grandchildren coming to visit their grandparents and hearing they are bored.
What a beautiful venue. Plenty of space to host any event such as a murder mystery or even a wedding. They also have a great sound system and everyone that's working there is very polite and easy to work with. Great job folks!
The Fairways has changed for sure , throughout the years. There used to be friends , knocking on the door with dinners and block parties that no one missed. Those days seem to be gone , for the most part. Alot of the original owners have moved on , or passed . The clubhouse has a lot of activities and trips but the taxes and monthly dues are pretty high. If everyone would start to keep up with their yards and the street in front of their homes , it could stay , as beautiful as it always was .
This is a gated community where one must be over 55 to live there. It's quiet, peaceful and clean. I love it,
