Staff is so helpful and treats my loved one very good. The administrator is very helpful if there are any issues and place is more clean since he has been there. The social worker and Amy and Anthony the nurse supervisors are excellent! There are other great staff too!

My mom was transferred to this nursing home/ rehabilitation place without anyone even knowing it was happening. When I finally found her I walked in this HUGE FACILITY in a very nice part of the city. At first glance I thought oh good they found a nice place for my mom to get well or worse not get well . I was fooled by the 1st floor lobby where a nice woman greeted me and had me sign in. When I got off the elevator that's when I knew she was in trouble. The smell of urine hit me hard but when I got to her room she was laying there looking half dead and the heat was insane feeling like 90 degrees. There were 5 other women in that room all suffering from different things. They could move along as they liked but my mother can not. She cried out for me to help her and all I wanna say now is the staff , well I won't say here . Just know I have this rating a 2. Have a nice day. Think about it before ur family is sent there.
I was very impressed with Mr. Abe , Ms. Naycia and Ms. Miriam with their wealth of knowledge of the regulations and information of Fairview. The nursing staff took excellent care of my husband. We had a wonderful short stay😇🙏🙏
Worst place ever. The VA Hospital sent me here after having 2 massive heart attacks and dying 3 times. Being on a ventilator for weeks really puts you out physically. After receiving pretty good care from the VA I was shocked to go here, where you can press the call button for 40 minutes before anyone arrives. I had to get up on my own after 3 weeks of barely moving just to go to the bathroom, falling twice and having no room to maneuver a walker. Do not go to this place
Hi so many changes have been made new floors I love the new fine dining experience I love the admissions director and the activities!!! And the liaison what great leadership!!!
