Working here for several years, initially as an aide and now a nurse, I can say this is the best facility I have been in. The love and care they provide is top tier! The rehab is AMAZING and the workers from kitchen, maintenance, housekeeping down to the nursing staff will treat your family like our family! God’s presence is felt in our loving nursing staff and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! 🫶🏼

If you want to serve the Lord at a beautiful place.... FAIRMOUNT IS FOR YOU!! This place is AWESOME!! The view when you drive up the hill is SPECTACULAR!! See for yourself.... YOU WILL BE GLAD YOUR DID!!
Various family stayed here over the years and they have always had a good clean facility with quality employees.
Residents not only have a beautiful view over looking Ephrata in Lancaster County but the facility and services are expanding.
Nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired, They are rude and inconsiderate and scolded my mother when asking for her meds. (she has no dementia and is completely coherent she needs her insulin when she needs it. They view the patient as a bother a waste of their time. My mother has been in there for recovery from surgery for 7 days now after a stay at a hospital rehab where she was receiving therapy. and today is the first day she has seen the therapist since she has been at Fairmount Homes. Quite frankly Medicare will pay for 20 days and it looks like they are just trying to collect the money for as long as they can. I am completely disgusted with the treatment my mother has received. DO NOT PUT SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
