We had a family member in need of an Assisted Living and we toured several locations in the South Dayton Area. Fairmont Senior Living stuck out above the rest, due to the staff. The building is in a wonderful, quiet, safe location. The exterior and interior are very up to date and well kept. Our first interactions were with Jane, who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very direct and upfront towards all of our questions. You could tell she cared that our family member was going to have the right fit for their needs! The Care staff has been wonderful! Jen & Charity have been with the community for YEARS, which is comforting to know! We feel comfortable knowing they are responsible for the care of our loved one. The rest of the staff (front desk, maintenance, kitchen, activities, office) have always been welcoming with a smile on their faces. I will continue to recommend Fairmont Senior Living to any friends that are looking. It can be a stressful time and decision, but they lift that weight with their work and experience!

I couldn't be more impressed with the Fairmont facility and staff. I researched many senior living facilities in Dayton for my dad, and Fairmont easily stood out from the pack. The rooms are comfortable, the expansive common areas and dining hall are inviting (my dad spends most of his time in those areas), and the staff have been nothing but kind to me and my father. I know he is in a safe, comfortable place, where the kind staff will take good care of him. That brings me so much peace of mind as a son living several states away from Dayton. And a special note of praise for Jane Stires at Fairmont, who helped me navigate the entire process of getting my dad into this facility.
Came here with alot of questions about care for my mom. Jane was quick to not only respond, but went above and beyond to ensure we understood every step of the process and help us get through the process! Would highly recommend.
We moved our 93 year old mother to Fairmont. Absolutely the best decision to choose Fairmont. Not only did my mom immediately become a member of the Fairmont family, my whole family did. They take great care of our mom and she is very happy there. The staff are amazing people and genuinely sincere about making sure to make the atmosphere a true loving community. Our mom is smiling and laughing again and feels at home.
Wonderful facility for those with dementia. Fairmont is not a clinical setting like some memory care facilities I've visited. It's an open and welcoming place with an activities area, living/tv room, dining room, and resident bedrooms. There are daily activities to do and the caregivers are kind and attentive to the residents (and their families). They truly care for the residents and that is evident in their interactions. I have not seen or heard of a facility better suited for my mom as she goes through her journey with dementia. Fairmont is the BEST!!
