I had a family member at the Rupp Rehab facility. I visited multiple times a day including off hrs.. The staff was always quick to respond when needed and very professional, courteous and calming! Gold standard care! Thank you very much!

Definitely not the best nursing home in the area. They have agency staff members that work 7 days a week and sleep on the job but they allow this because “it’s another body in the building”. I worked here through agency and they lied to my agency because another aide lied about a situation. I was always the first to volunteer to help and came in at any hour to help take care of residents. Instead of keeping staff that genuinely cares, they prefer to keep those who blatantly neglect residents and do not check on them. State will definitely be involved. There are better nursing homes in the area. Do your research before sending your family here!
We have enjoyed the sunny disposition of the staff. We have also enjoyed the time that staff have spent with our loved one. The food has been great! The rooms are large, bright, and very much like a hotel. The PT, OT, and speech have been wonderful! I would highly recommend Fairlawn Haven to anyone in need of rehabilitation!
I needed to find out about my mother's condition because she hasn't been doing so well after her throat operation. I asked a nurse if she could tell me about my mom's condition and if hospice was helping, and she explained everything to me and looked up my mom's medicines on the computer for me. She did an excellent job explaining my mother's condition, because I was worried. I felt better then. I'm thankful for such wonderful skill and kindness this nurse treated me with! I appreciate her helping my mother! 🤗
We were visiting to participate in a Tuesday worship service. The staff was very attentive to their patients and engaged when needed but also let them alone when appropriate. This helped everyone who attended focus on the worship, the sermon and to respond as they felt led. Staff was friendly and helpful to us as visitors and facilitators. Well done!
