I can't say enough good things about Fair Oaks Senior Living. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and happy. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment. My loved one has truly thrived here, enjoying the various activities and social opportunities available. It's such a relief to know they are in a place where they are well taken care of and treated with respect and dignity. Highly recommend Fair Oaks Senior Living!

Our mom has been living at Fair Oaks for more than 6 years and we are very pleased with this facility. There are some personal that are outstanding that we would like to recognize such as Danielle Eisenbarth (laundry), Joseph White (Med Tech), Ruth Pendleton (Aide) and Brittany Haroulakis (Med Tech). These individuals go over and beyond our expectations in the care of our mother daily; along with the management working with the family to meet our needs. We are so happy to have found this place for our mom's care. Mary Ann and Karen
I recently visited a friend who lives here the building is clean rooms are pretty spacious lots of activities were being offered. She is pleased with the facility
My Mom moved to Fair Oaks after rehab in a skilled nursing facility. Choosing this facility was a mistake, unfortunately. My Mom was there a little over 30 days and from the beginning I had some minor concerns: for example, they changed the WiFi password for residents, but no one can tell you what the new password is. You're sent to the security desk to ask, but no one is usually there. What made my concerns escalate and decide to remove her were 2 things: the 2nd floor (where they have people who need more attention) is often not staffed in the evening. One day I heard a man next to my Mom calling "help" for over 10 minutes. I walked up and down the hall and couldn't find anyone for him and no one was at the security desk (of course). Eventually a staff member did find him and immediately chided him instead of doing the human thing and offering him respect and help. The next thing that happened was my Mom fell (she had repeated falls while there, in part this is her own stubbornness in trying to walk unassisted when she can't, but it also speaks to their staffing problems). This time she needed to go the ER and no one from the facility called to tell me she was there. The ER eventually did, 6 hours after she was admitted. If this had been a life and death situation, I could have not been there for my Mom in her final hours. This made up my mind to listen to her saying she was unhappy there and find another facility. I've read rumors online there is also a bed bug infestation, but I can not confirm if that is true or not, I didn't see any while I was there.
I’m not sure what happened to this place, but it went down hill, severely. A few weeks ago, when my daughter went to visit my aunt, she informed her there was a bed bug infestation. My daughter confronted staff, who assured her they had no idea what she was talking about, and we wrote it off as resident gossip. Today, for the SECOND time, I saw, and was able to identify, a bed bug on the floor. The first time, it appeared dead and I alerted staff. They assured me they would escalate it to management. Today, it was ALIVE! When I approached staff about this, and my previous complaint, I was told that management knows and has been promising to bring in an exterminator, but have failed to do so yet and the problem has become such a concern that staff has called off, afraid to bring them home themselves. This place charges a PREMIUM for care. I will be filing complaints both with the Department of Health for the infestation, AND the Department of Aging for Elder Mistreatment. I will also be notifying the NLRB to ensure that these poor employees are not wrongfully disciplined for caring for their residents, and their own health. Furthermore, I will be seeking legal advice, and calling a family meeting to discuss this matter and the potential removal of my aunt from this facility. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, and if they are here, make sure you are taking the proper measures to prevent an infestation at home if you visit. Check them for bites, check their clothing for spots from bedbug waste. Staff is honestly great, but upper management does not care. I’m not sure upper management even exists. I’ve never once been there, and had a problem that was not solved by an overworked “aide”. They could never find me anybody higher, or at least that is what they were told to tell me. What, are they sitting on a beach with our hard earned money while our loved ones are tortured by bites and ignored? This is so disappointing. At one point this was an upscale, senior care facility. Now, it’s not even clean.
