The staff is awesome! The care & attention my mom received while in rehab at Exeter Place impressed me and my siblings. The facility, while dated, was clean and tidy. Do not hesitate to have your loved one go to Exeter Place for rehab.
Staff appeared very caring and genuine . I went to the nursing station as nobody answers 2 buzzers- only to find out the buzzer was not working - and they brought a replacement in less than 5 mins.Excellent! Very nice staff!
Rude management and extremely understaffed, hr lady is not helpful and overall a poor experience for any residence here, many of the residents should be in asylum not this kind of facility and they take advantage of the staff often leaving entire floors to only be serviced by one lna during evening hours, do not put anyone you care about In this facilities care
My mom was not as well as she had been two days prior. I spoke to nursing and they jumped right on the situation. They were wonderful gave her oxygen, and called her doctor. AAA+++
