My brother has been here for about 3 weeks I'm satisfied with the staff, I am satisfied with everyone that's been kind to my brother. Since you've been here he has improved he's learned to be very independent did staff is teaching him to do a lot of things that he couldn't do it first I am very happy with everybody I have come in contact with I am so proud of my brother I give all thanks to the staff and everyone here.. again since he's been here improve so much I want to thank everyone here for being so helpful to my wonderful brother. Every time I come he have something good to tell me about the staff and again I am very happy with this place. All I can say is positive things about excel faculty. Thank you for everything the people that work at the front desk is so pleasant and kind the nurses are so awesome and I have been to many places and I'm very happy with this faculty again I'm thanking everyone that works here God bless 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

This facility is blessed with a compassionate, caring, Administrator Jason who is a strong advocate not only to the residents at Pines but also to the hardworking staff! You’re in good hands with Jason!
This facility is old and it needs a lot of work. They’re understaffed and whatever laundry facility that they use someone is stealing the patient clothes and when you complain about it the only answer that you’ll get oh it’s like this in these state facilities which is unacceptable state facility or not they need to do better they need to address the theft someone is going to either find his clothes or reimburse me! I work hard for my money! Why is it allowed to go on? The nonsense my uncle tells me that goes on at night is ridiculous, you complain and it goes in one ear and out the other. So then it’s write to the state I guess, Because the patient should always come first at all times not being talked to like children, They’re grown adults. I’m so disappointed in the administration. The administrator quit smh these are the people that are in charge of this facility. They need to do better my uncle is in here and I’m telling you I am going back to the store. I’m going to get my receipt and they’re going to reimburse me for the theft of clothes that I bought my uncle because this is absolutely ridiculous do not send your loved ones here! How trifling and pathetic to steal clothes from people who are sick and it’s the family spending their hard earned money to take care of their family in there!!. One of the best staff members was Antoinette and she’s gone, she was very caring and nurturing . Just because it’s a state facility your still accountable for the care of your patients and from what I’ve seen for the past 10 months…… I have to talk to some over whose there!
