If there was a 10 star review that is how I would rate this apartment complex. I have been here for two years and can’t say enough on what a wonderful place to live. The place is absolutely immaculate. The amenities are wonderful, from a beautiful lobby and gathering room, exercise room, workout room, game room, craft room, party kitchen, courtyard, pool area with lounges, fire pits with sitting area, and a calendar of events. But the management team goes way beyond to make sure that you are enjoying your stay almost like a resort. They know everyone’s name and if you need anything they are on top of it. If you are having a rough day the manager gives you a hug, where do you find that! Just to let you know this is not a paid endorsement, I truly love living here.

My parents-in-law moved into the Everleigh almost two years ago now. We regularly visit them and enjoy the many amenities that the Everleigh offers, such as their coffee bar, open lobby, and outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Their apartment is spacious and the facilities are always kept in the best condition. Thank you providing a beautiful home for my parents-in-law. I always look forward to our visits at the Everleigh!
My husband and I have lived at Everleigh Vernon Hills for 1.5 years. The location is perfect for us - close to work, church & family and very convenient to restaurants and stores. We enjoy our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with balcony, which includes a spacious kitchen and GE appliances. The large washer/dryer are especially appreciated. All the Everleigh staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. One of the nicest perks of living here is the maintenance free lifestyle. Submitting a service request is quick and easy. We appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff! The building and grounds are well-maintained. Among the many amenities we enjoy are the small pool, hot tub, coffee machine, fitness center, and being able to reserve the great room for personal events. Most of all, Everleigh is dog-friendly! This is what drew us to visit for the first time. Everleigh is located in a business park, so there are many accessible walking paths for you and your dog. Vernon Hills is a wonderful community to live in and Everleigh Vernon Hills is a great place to call home!
We started looking for an apartment for my in laws when Eveleigh was still in the construction phase of development. From the beginning they were welcoming and answered all of our questions. They set our nerves at ease and were accessible anytime we had questions. They made the transition from living at home to joining the community seamless. Now that my in laws have been living there for a couple of years they are enjoying life without the burden of home maintenance. Our daughters and niece love visiting their grandparents and visiting with other members of the community. The staff has welcomed and included the girls at community events such as their potlucks!
Toured the facility to see if it would work for my mother, ultimately we decided she was of an age where she would be better served to move in with my family rather than continuing to live alone. However, the staff was so friendly and welcoming - it made me think about moving there myself in a few years!
