My parents moved into Everlan four and a half years ago in 2020. Living at Everlan in their late 80’s and early 90’s has been a blessing for this season of their lives. My Mom passed away in 2022 and the support of friends and staff at Everlan has been a key element of support to my Dad after loosing a spouse after 67 years of marriage. The staff are always aware if a resident has not shown up for a meal and are quick to check on them to insure their safety. The apartments are roomy with lots of sunlight and provide all the residents could need for this season of their life. Every holiday is a party! Everlan has a wonderful staff that curates a wide variety of events to celebrate holidays, birthdays and really any excuse to bring the residents together for fun and fellowship. They decorate each event in a special and beautiful way. Meals are well organized and very nutritious and tasty while being served in a well organized and lovely dining room where residents also enjoy the opportunity to fellowship over a meal. Weekly housekeeping of each unit relieves each resident of the burden or stress of having to clean their space. I am so thankful my parents, and now being just my Dad have been able to enjoy this season of their life at Everlan. They have gained many new friends and are able to stay active with everything they need and without having to stress over keeping a home. I am so grateful for Everlan!

I moved into Everlan 3 months ago because I was no longer able to take care of my household chores and cook for myself. Beneath it all, I was afraid to be alone because I’d had a number of falls. So I moved as a result of need, and while those needs are certainly tended to, I’ve received so much more by living here! There’s a rich feeling of community here with residents from a variety of life experiences—each one precious and each one adding dimension to the atmosphere. It’s evident the staff are here because they want to be, not simply because they need a job. They know our names and what our favorite foods are, they know our family & friends who visit us, and which activities we like. The staff team keeps our building clean and makes sure any needed repairs are done. The dietary team serves full-course meals that exceeded my expectations. The apartments are beautiful & it’s peaceful and safe here. I can be as private or as social as I want—there’s no pressure. There are too many extras here to mention! I love living here !
Such a beautiful and wonderful place! So blessed to have Everlan in Johnson City! I couldn’t speak more highly of the amazing staff and community here! Special thanks to Ava and Amanda for always going the extra mile, putting a smile on their faces, and being so sweet and kind! It’s so wonderful to walk in and feel the love they radiate! Highly recommend visiting and considering Everlan of Johnson City!!!!!
My Father has lived here for almost 2 years now, and couldn't be happier. Ava, David, Emily, Teri, Lisa, Amanda, other staff members, have always provided exceptional, outstanding services. The food is great, and the various activities and programs, are as well. Five stars ! Thank you Everlan !
After my mother passed we knew we needed a closer place for my dad to live. Everlan has been fantastic! He’s made new friends, has a great apartment, and is well-loved and cared for. We are so glad that he choose Everlan. Ava and the whole team are like an extended family.
