I highly recommend Evergreen Memory Care. Our brother lived there for two years. The floor staff, med-techs, and activities director gave consistent care and personal attention to his needs. They took time to talk and relate to him, and understand who he was. Administrators worked with the family to create a living environment that our brother could cope with. They patiently helped us understand how to navigate the new world of dementia for a loved one. It takes time to trust that a care facility will do the best thing for your family member. Evergreen is worthy of that level of trust.

Amazing care staff ! My dad lived at Evergreen Memory for 2-1/2 years. He was treated with nothing but total respect and care. The staff, 24/7, is simply amazing. I've visited at all times of the day and night, and I have the same comments. And the facility is wonderfully clean, new & has a warm atmosphere. The activities director is wonderful & got my dad to join in things he would never have done on his own. Bingo, music, exercise ? I give EMC, out of a 5 star rating, I give them a big 10 ! They are true professionals. Highly recommend. Can't say enough good !
Fiance came in for an interview here and waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Nobody ever showed up and the front office didn’t have anyone there either for him to talk to. He also called the building itself and nobody answered the phone. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
Recently our mother, who was in an independent living facility suffered a medical event. She would no longer be able to live independently, and would require a fair amount of assistance. We were on a deadline, as these sudden events don’t ever allow for much planning? We had toured several fine facilities before seeing Evergreen. We met with Maya Basto, the Community Relations Director and explained we were not only looking for a new home for our mother, but looking to move my father who required memory care. Our goal was not only to find quality care for both our parents. We wanted to move them into a facility where they could at least be near each other. Maya was our salvation in navigating the process for not just one parents situation, but both! We couldn’t be more grateful to not just Maya, but the other folks she introduced us too at Evergreen Memory Care. Who worked with us to see our folks were in the best possible hands! After touring about 6 different memory care facilities in the area, we decided that Evergreen was the right place for our dad. We have felt so supported from the moment we walked in and met with Chante. The speed and compassion with which she responded to our unique situation has been a comfort through one of the most difficult chapters of my adult life. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the process of getting Dad settled. The staff at Evergreen has continued to be available and responsive to our family and we know that Dad is being cared for with specific attention to his needs and personality. If you’re starting down this road, I highly recommend checking out Evergreen!
