I am happy with Evergreen @Vista Ridge. My wife and I have been welcomed in with such compassion and love. We almost immediately felt at home here. And now that some time has passed, we are surrounded by friends and are part of a large family. There are so many events here that you are available to attend; church, exercise classes, Birthday parties, Bingo and I along with several others, have created a murder mystery theatre group presenting live theatre production plays every quarter. In the summer our salt water swimming pool is a big draw for our tenants and their guest. A special shout of Thanks to Joann, Sara and Clayton, our exceptional staff here that treats us like family making sure events go off as scheduled and takes care of any hiccup that occurs in our apartments. I’ve lived here since the beginning of 2022 and would highly recommend Evergreen at Vista Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live! I’ve made a lot of nice friends and acquaintances and it is a wonderful Senior Living community! The staff is always courteous and helpful, and maintenance issues, if they should arise, are taken care of in a timely manner. There are a lot of activities and social gatherings offered, as well as informational meetings to attend. Our location is accessible to nearby shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails and parks. Also close to I-35 and state highway 121 for easy access and convenience.
The office, and Clayton. Have been Helpful, understanding, professional They have addressed any and all issues. I find evergreen clean, well cared for. The people living here are friendly,, and take pride in their home Living here has been. A comfortable Experience It's a great neighborhood, and feels really safe
My name is Ruby "Kay" Erickson - I have lived at Evergreen at Vista Ridge for 14 years - I think I've been here longer that anyone else! I love living here and participating in the activities and playing cards with my friends. We have the best management and maintenance people we could ever ask for! I will live here until they kick me out or take me out feet first!!
Clayton who does maintenance is a hard worker, excels at his job, kind, considerate, respectful, trustworthy, patient, professional, honorable, positive & completes repairs as quickly as possible even on a snowy day ie. Emergency repair heat :) There has been so much turnover of maintenance that Clayton is here by himself & deserves high recognition & a raise for training new plus keeping up w/work orders, etc. He has fixed my heater, put in new air conditioner, shower grout, shower faucet, Bathroom fan above shower, etc all in 1 yr.!!! :) Sara office assistant is professional, kind, respectful, upbeat, caring, compassionate, friendly, helpful, trustworthy, honorable, good sense of humor, supportive, informative, & ove
