Sure, the employees like working there. It’s a fun social time for them. They gather around each other and joke around. Even when someone is getting a bath the staff gather to joke around and flirt between male and female instead of providing good care for the resident. The towel warmer was broken for years so residents getting a bath had to freeze while they waited for the water to be drained so that they could be removed from the tub. My mom would push her light, after 30 minutes someone would show up and my mom would ask to go to the bathroom, she would be told they needed to get a second staff member to assist and disappear for another 30 minutes. An 80+ year hold cannot hold their urine for 1 hour! Sometimes she was just told to defecate in her brief! Then she would sit in it for an hour. Dirty, rubber gloves on the floor, dirty briefs in the garbage. They tried to tell us that it was my mother putting the dirty rubber gloves on the floor. My mom was there due to a stroke, her left side, leg, arm, and hand were paralyzed. I can hardly put a rubber glove on with two hands, could you put one on with one? Who is giving these employees Certified Nursing Certificates. They have no idea what it means to take care of a human being! From what I have seen and witnessed I could go on and on with how inadequate this nursing home is. Don’t even ask me to call to talk with you. This is a total waste of time. All you get is lip service!

Great staff and great grill the food is great There and the person that runs it is great with the people that go in the great job Hedi and great exercise place great job !
It's very difficult to get fast answers or solutions about issues for a relative living there because everything seems to hinge on action by the administrator who says he will call or check on a problem and then does not. It's even difficult to get a list of the week's activities for residents. The individual care givers seem very good, but, as I said, to get an issue solved is not easy for the family as they try to advocate for their resident.
Great place to live and staff is great and friendly
The gall at the front desk is pretty good and so is the social worker. However, the care for the elderly is lacking. Family member was there for rehab. Was given 5 days and still couldn't walk. When she came home after being there for 2 weeks, she came back with a large bed sore, which she had never had. Obviously she was not being moved like she should. If I had it to do over again I would NOT choose this place. Protect your elderly they cannot protect themselves..
