We have been so happy with the care provided at Estia. The facilities are light, modern and spacious, with big windows and lovely secure outdoor gardens to sit and walk through. The care staff are so very kind, impressively know the name of all the residents and show a real interest in them. It's a wonderful community there. They provided compassionate end of life care and I couldn't recommend them more.

My family has been very happy with the end to end support experienced upon relocating a loved one recently to Estia, St Ives. The staff are very friendly, caring and nurturing and the facilities modern and beautiful. It's the perfect place for our needs and we couldn't be happier.
Estia St Ives is an excellent aged care facility in a quiet leafy suburban street. It is brand new and the interior decor and furniture are beautiful. There are lovely views from floor to ceiling windows. Several sunny courtyards. Plenty of separate lounge areas for family and visitors. The cafe is also a lovely spot to sit when visiting. Convenient undercover parking. Weekly one on one physio sessions with the OT are a plus. But where Estia St Ives really excels is the staff. They are so kind and warm and caring and treat the guests with respect and dignity. The separate Memory Support Unit within the facility is a wonderful small community with additional specialised support and care. Highly recommend.
We cannot speak highly enough of the team at Estia St Ives. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the needs of our loved one are met and that the transition into this beautiful, tranquil aged care residence has been as smooth as possible for our parent and for us as a family. At 8.3to 9,00 pm I am awakened by th bright glare of 4 very broght down lights which the nurse switches on as she enters to give me a tabllet. These lights are four of the total of thirteen light sources installed in my room. Clothes fdisappear if they are sent the laundry - I have lost four pairs of trousers (new ONKO XLSIZE BLACK ).
