It is now almost a year since my dad moved into Estia and despite his care needs changing Estia has managed everything beautifully. Dad has continued to build friendships with both the other residents and the incredible staff he is surrounded by, he has a feeling of really belonging. It is such a good feeling to know that your loved one is being taken such good care of. The staff are all absolutely amazing. Initially we met the wonderful Michelle who introduced us to Estia and from there all the staff have continued to be fabulous- we feel so lucky to have dad there. What an awesome team!!!

My mother has been living at Estia Mudgeeraba for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The staff are absolutely fantastic— I couldn’t speak highly enough of them, always caring, kind, with great attention to detail. The facility is consistently spotless, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. I also appreciate the effort made to provide a variety of entertainment and activities for the residents, which helps keep them engaged and happy. The food always seems to be of great quality, and my mother enjoys her meals. Most importantly, she is happy, which speaks volumes about the level of care and dedication from the team. Management is also excellent—in particular Donna the Centre Manager, she is very responsive to any enquiries, approachable, and always easy to contact. It’s reassuring to know that my mother is in such good hands. I highly recommend Estia to anyone looking for a caring and well-run aged care facility.
Moved Dad into Estia Mudgeeraba a month ago. It was very unexpected, however, the staff made the transition easier for us & Dad. His health has improved & he is very happy with his surroundings. He has made new friends & finds all the staff to be friendly & caring. Big thanks to Donna & Michelle for helping us through this difficult time of life.
I describe Tallai Glades, Estia Mudgeeraba as a mini Resort or boutique Hotel. The care management, medical staff, activities staff, dining/meals and housekeeping staff afford my husband on a daily basis is excellent. Thanks to the chef for the fabulous meals prepared for the most finicky of eaters! The atmosphere is bright, friendly and happy. Lots of natural light into all rooms and beautiful outlook to bush land or lovely gardens. It’s so good I want to live there!!!
I’ve been at Estia Mudgeeraba for 10 years now and it has been some of the best years. The staff are a pleasure to be around and there are days it doesn’t feel like work and more like hanging with your good friends. Aged care is very hard but rewarding work, and the team of the last few years have been some of the best, working hard to maintain high standards and have only the best intentions to help our residents and their families feel at home. Not to mention our RACM Donna, who encourages and supports learning and career opportunities within the company and does everything she can, to be the best home on the Gold Coast😄
