Fantastic. The salesman was so welcoming and friendly..gave us all the relevant information...and pricing for apartments. Ideally situated opposite shops,medical facilities...all with water views.down side of the apartments is the lay out I.e...second bathroom and it's proximity to the guest bedroom.

Had a look at the facility today. Was very impressed, also had a very friendly experience with all the staff and a fantastic coffee by Dan the barista !
Beautiful place but I worry about the infrastructure for traffic to accommodate all the new residencies to accompany all the many new apartments getting built
Stage 1 is complete and stage 2 is underway. Should be a great place to live when everything is completed.
Nice and close to the nearest shopping centre.
